The staff was excellent, extremely helpful and very polite. Any questions about how to get around the city,what to see etc were explained which was really helpful Location is also very very good, right in the middle of the city, so it was very easy to cover loads of ground from the hotel. Room was very nice ,spacious and perfectly clean .100% recommend. Thank you for making my stay in Ho chi minh city so good and enjoyable.

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfy. The staff was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, there is almost no natural light coming in the room we were given as the window was facing a wall, which was 1 meter away. Also, during the night you hear some noise (maybe from the outside components of the ACs).

Exceptionally friendly and helpful reception staff. Aircon, good room layout, including decent view to the city. Kettle in the room. 24h CircleK very close, for any emergency supplies. Very good location for day trips - I got picked up last and dropped off first for the day trip to Mekong Delta.

Easy check in in and everything was clearly explained. The day and night staff were all very amicable and very helpful about local knowledge for the area and HCM in general. Lots of food places within meters of the Hotel.

There was construction in the building next door. I expressed my dissatisfaction and received a refund for the remaining days. Except for bank fees that I had to overpay because I wanted to pay with card, not cash.
